UpToSky s.r.o., which operates this website and its services under the UpToSky Scaffolding™ brand, processes personal data lawfully, transparently and only to the extent necessary to handle enquiries, communicate with customers or applicants, and meet contractual or legal obligations.

Data we process

When you contact us, we may process your name, company name, email address, telephone number, the subject and content of your message, project location, approximate scope of work and any other information you provide voluntarily. For career enquiries, this may also include CV details, qualifications, experience, place of residence and other information needed for recruitment.

Purposes and legal bases

handling a question or quote request – steps taken before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in business communication,
recruitment and assessment of an applicant – pre-contractual steps or consent where details are retained for future vacancies,
meeting contractual, accounting and legal obligations,
protecting legal claims and communication security – the controller’s legitimate interest.

How the contact forms work

Form data is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to the website server, where it is validated and then delivered through Google Workspace to info@uptosky.sk. The form does not create a separate contact database. The sender may receive an automatic acknowledgement. For a career enquiry, that acknowledgement may contain a link to a separate recruitment form.

To protect the form from misuse, we temporarily process technical data needed to limit repeated submissions, particularly the IP address and submission time. This data is used only for form security and is removed automatically on an ongoing basis.

Recipients and transfers

Data is accessible only to authorised persons at UpToSky s.r.o. and necessary IT providers, in particular Websupport as the hosting provider and Google Workspace as the email service, to the extent required for secure operation and message delivery. We do not provide data to third parties for marketing. If you allow analytics, Google Ireland Limited also receives analytics data.

Analytics measurement

Google Analytics 4 loads only after your consent. It processes online identifiers, technical device information, approximate location, viewed pages and selected interactions so that we can evaluate and improve the website. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Contact-form content is not sent to Analytics. You can change your consent at any time in Cookie settings.

Retention period

We retain data only for as long as needed to handle communications, maintain a contractual relationship and comply with subsequent statutory retention periods. Without separate consent, data about an unsuccessful applicant is not kept longer than needed to conclude the relevant recruitment process and protect legal claims.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to request data portability and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
